Will it work for you?

Research over 40 years has proved convincingly that therapy works and that at the end of treatment the average treated person is better off than the untreated sample and that these gains are maintained over time after the end of therapy. Research further shows that there is little difference in outcome between the different types of psychotherapy but that a major factor in good outcome is the relationship between therapist and patient. To that end Dr Shadrach suggests two initial assessment sessions for you to see if she is the right person for you and for her to see if she feels she can be of help.
